I wanted to recommend everyone to use liquid egg whites from Egg White International. I have been using them for a few months now and absolutely love them. It has made my life so much easier. no more dragging 4 dozen cartons of eggs home from the grocery store every few days, no more separating the yolk, and no more shells in my omelets. It has honestly saved me so much time in the kitchen and cut my cooking prep time in half.
